Refund Policy
This Policy explains refund eligibility for Dynamicapimanagement programs and memberships confirmed off-site. This website does not process payments.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to fees actually paid to Dynamicapimanagement under a written enrollment or membership confirmation. Informational prices on this site do not create a purchase by themselves.
Timeframe
For cohort-based programs such as Fraud Signal Audit Mastery, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the published cohort start date, provided digital materials for that cohort have not been released to you. Requests made fewer than 14 days before start are reviewed case by case.
Full or partial refunds
- Full refund: Cancellation within the timeframe above, or program cancellation initiated by Dynamicapimanagement.
- Partial refund: If you withdraw after materials release but before 25% of live sessions conclude, we may refund up to 50% of the program fee, less a KRW 80,000 administration amount.
- After 25% of live sessions, program fees are generally non-refundable except where Korea consumer law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Completed one-off workshops, custom scenario design already delivered, and third-party exam or venue fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable. Membership quarters that have already begun are non-refundable except for documented service failure on our side lasting more than 14 consecutive days.
Refund process
Email info@dynamicapimanagement.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, program name, and reason for the request. We may ask for payment proof. Phone: +82-2-249-0124.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval confirmation. Refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korea account you designate in writing.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a transfer to a later cohort or a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Force majeure events may delay sessions; in those cases we prioritize rescheduling before refund discussions.
