A note skeleton that travels
We ask learners to keep four blocks inside their financial auditing app: entitlement timeline, HR events, compensating controls observed, and the counter-hypothesis. Screenshots alone fail peer review because they hide sequence.
When HR lags the system
Korea shared-service desks often see access changes land before HR tickets close. Fraud signal assessment should name that lag explicitly instead of implying malice by silence.
Limitation worth stating
Access Drift Laboratory cases stop short of forensic disk imaging. If your mandate requires seized-device chain of custody, escalate outside this documentation pattern.
